Community guidelines
Show up as yourself. Consent is the baseline — ask before touching, photographing or recording anyone. No selling, recruiting or proselytising inside someone else's gathering. Hosts set the container; attendees respect it.
Host terms
Hosts are responsible for the safety, accuracy and delivery of their events. Describe what actually happens, state the refund window clearly, and honour it. Repeated cancellations, misleading listings or unsafe conduct end in removal.
Attendee terms
Tickets are a contract with the host, not with Sound of Karma. Arrive on time, follow the host's container, and use the report button if something feels wrong.
Refunds
Each event displays its own refund window on the ticket panel. If an event is cancelled or materially changed, attendees are refunded in full, including the platform fee.
Reviews
Only people with a confirmed ticket or RSVP for a past event can leave a review, and those reviews carry a verified-attendance badge. We don't write, buy or edit reviews.
Privacy
We store your profile, the events you save and buy, and your notification preferences. We never sell personal data, and card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.
