ways to earn

Four ways to earn

Earn from the room—and the relationship you build after it.

Start with events. Add the offers that fit your work when you are ready.

01

Events come first

Gatherings that meet people where they are

Create free or paid gatherings with clear ticket choices and capacity controls. Bring people into the room, offer a live online option, or add a real recording as replay access.

  • In-person, live online and replay
  • Separate room and online capacity
  • Private access windows for paid links
02

Private Sessions

Make space for deeper one-to-one work

Set your duration, price, weekly hours, blocked dates, notice and buffer. People choose an available time while Sound of Karma protects against overlapping bookings.

  • Your schedule and timezone
  • Built-in notice and buffer
  • No calendar-sync claim or extra system
03

Memberships

Give regulars a reason to stay close

Create a monthly membership around benefits you define and can deliver. New prices and benefits apply to new members while existing members keep the terms they chose.

  • Host-defined monthly benefits
  • Clear recurring consent
  • Cancellation and paid-through access
04

Community Sponsorships

Let your community help sustain the work

Some people want to help you keep the doors open, keep offering your service, or make a free gathering possible. Community Sponsorships give them a voluntary monthly way to back your work.

  • No class, content or perk required
  • Not a donation or tax-deductible gift
  • Sponsorship never changes follower access

From first discovery to the next gathering

Give your community a path back to you.

1

Discover

People find public gatherings by place, date, category and price.

2

Follow

They choose whether to follow and whether your event notices ring their bell.

3

Attend

They reserve or buy without being forced into a social connection.

4

Return

Your next gathering, profile and public calendar give the relationship somewhere to continue.

Notices are always a follower choice

Your public home

Not another post that disappears tomorrow.

Your profile gives the work a lasting home: who you are, what you offer, what is coming up and how someone can take the next step.

  • Cover, profile image and introduction
  • Distinct imagery for every offer
  • Read-only public event calendar
  • City and category discovery
  • Followers with individual bell controls
  • One-time follower notice when you publish

Everything behind the welcome

Simple for guests. Serious tools for you.

A public calendar

Show only the published gatherings you choose. Keep it off entirely or hide any event.

Follower invitations

Followers choose their own bell setting. When you publish, you can send one notice to those who asked for it.

Questions in one inbox

See gathering questions, answer directly and post updates for people already booked.

A storefront that feels like you

Use a cover, profile image, introduction and separate imagery for each offer.

Check-in your way

Let guests check in their party, scan their ticket at the door, or use the manual attendee list.

Private paid access

Live and replay links stay private and appear only for eligible buyers during the access window.

Tickets and capacity

Price levels, sales windows and separate room and online limits.

Live and replay

Use your own provider link and real host-provided recording.

Refund controls

Issue an eligible refund once, with access updated after confirmation.

Your first 90 days only happen once

Bring your people. Earn up to $500 in Karma credit.

The moment your organizer profile goes live, your 90-day launch window begins. Share your personal link and QR code early and often. Every brand-new, email-verified member who joins through it and chooses to follow you moves you toward the next reward.

Your 90-day reward ladder

Each milestone raises your total credit.

Start sharing as soon as you publish.

  • 100 followers$25total credit
  • 250 followers$50total credit
  • 500 followers$100total credit
  • 1,000 followers$250total credit
  • 2,500 followers$500total credit

Turn momentum into lower fees

Karma credit comes directly off Sound of Karma’s service fee on future paid sales. That lowers the fee your buyers see while you still receive your full listed price—making your gatherings easier to share and support.

Make the window count

Rally your current following when your profile launches: share the link, display the QR code and invite your community to follow. Existing accounts do not count, so the biggest opportunity is bringing your audience to Sound of Karma early.

Karma credit is not cash, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and does not cover card processing. Each reward expires 6 calendar months after it is earned. Following and free RSVPs stay free.

Start my 90-day launch

Your clock starts when your profile goes live—not while you set it up.

Trust is earned in the way you show up.

Trusted Host

Trusted Host is an earned badge based on a host’s own Sound of Karma track record: gatherings actually held, attendance-verified reviews and reliability over time. It cannot be bought or unlocked through sponsorship.

It is not identity verification, a professional credential, insurance, or a safety certification.

Straightforward pricing

Your host account is free.

Build your page, publish free gatherings, collect free RSVPs and grow followers without a monthly subscription or listing fee.

You keep your listed price.

Service fee

3.5% + $1.50

Per item, paid by the buyer.

Card processing

2.9% + $0.30

Per order, passed through at cost.

  • Both fees are added on top of your price at checkout, so your payout is the price you set.
  • The same fees apply to tickets, private sessions, memberships and Community Sponsorships.
  • Free events, free RSVPs and follows cost nothing — no subscription, no listing fee.
  • Connect payouts only when you decide to charge for something.
  • Earned Karma credit can reduce Sound of Karma’s service fee; it never covers card processing.
