The organizer owns the event; we own the account, the site and the checkout.
Ask the organizer about
- What happens at the gathering, what to bring, accessibility
- Venue details, parking, late arrival
- Their cancellation terms, refunds for their event
- Joining links and recordings for their online events
Ask Sound of Karma about
- Signing in, resetting a password, your profile
- A ticket that does not appear in My Karma
- Something on the site that is broken or wrong
- Reporting harmful behaviour or content
