You paid but do not see your ticket

Check My Karma before paying again — payment is confirmed on our side, not by the page you land on.

1. Sign in with the same account you used to buy, and open My Karma.
2. Refresh the page once. A payment is recorded when our server confirms it with the payment processor, which can lag a moment behind the page you land on.
3. If it still is not there after a few minutes, send us the details using Contact us below rather than buying again.

Do not buy a second time to fix a missing ticket. Duplicate orders have to be refunded by the organizer and that is slower than asking.

Sound of Karma does not currently send automatic confirmation emails for purchases. My Karma is the record.
