Publishing an event and setting ticket tiers

Draft, set capacity and tiers, then publish. Capacity is enforced by the server.

1. Create the event as a draft with its date, place and description.
2. Choose how people register: free RSVP, tickets here, your own registration page, or nothing.
3. For tickets, add one or more tiers with a price, a quantity and optional sales start and end times.
4. Publish when it is ready. A draft is not publicly visible and cannot be booked.

Capacity is checked by the server against the database, not by the browser, so two people buying the last place at the same moment cannot both be sold it. In-person and online places are counted separately.

Manage the event to see registrations and run the door list on the day.
