Fees, payouts and issuing refunds

Buyers pay the fees on top; you receive your listed price. Payout setup is required to sell.

You set your price. The buyer pays that price plus the fees shown at checkout, so you receive the amount you listed.

The current fee figures are shown live on this page in the Help Center and on every checkout, and they are read from the platform's own settings rather than written into this article.

To sell anything you must complete payout setup with our payment provider. Until that is complete, your page can still publish events and take free RSVPs, and paid options will show as unavailable.

Refunds

You issue refunds for your own orders and bookings, from the order in your dashboard. A refund is only final once the payment processor confirms it; at that point the buyer's access is withdrawn.

Whether a specific host can sell right now is shown on their own offers. A platform-wide setting being on does not mean every host has finished payout setup.
