Rescheduling or cancelling a private session

Change or cancel from My Karma; money back follows the host's stated terms.

Open My Karma, find the booking and use the cancel option. Where the host allows a change, you pick another slot from the same published availability.

Cancelling stops the session. It does not by itself return money: a paid session is refunded by the host or an administrator, following the cancellation terms shown on the booking.

A cancelled session cannot come back to life — if you want that time again, book it as a new slot.
